RETURN POLICY

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by axizz.com for 14 days from date of delivery based on UPS or USPS tracking information. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 14 days for a prompt refund. Items must be in original unused condition and include original packaging and hang tags. You will be credited for the price of the item(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costsAll returns must be pre-authorized by e-mailing us and following the procedure below. We will NOT issue a return authorization by phone. We will issue you a confirmation number and include return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the return is due to a manufacturing or Axizz LLC (axizz.com) error, the initial shipping charge will be waived.

If goods are returned after the 14 Day period Axizz LLC reserves the right to accept or deny returns. In the event that Axizz LLC does authorize the return of goods after the 14 day period there will be a minumum restocking fee of 25% charged to the client.

AXIZZ LLC WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ISSUE CREDIT FOR ANY GOODS OR ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBERCustom Orders are not eligible for returns, all sales are final.
RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Email us at info@axizz.com requesting the return of items
2. Include your Name, Invoice and/or Order Number
3. List the items that you want to return
4. List the reason for the return
5. You will receive an email response within 48 hours

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you request to cancel your online order or items on your order, Axizz LLC (axizz.com) will attempt to cancel these items if your request is done before the order is shipped, typically within twelve hours of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 770-887-4655 or 1-888-476-7446 or email us at info@axizz.com immediately. Axizz LLC cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order has already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded. Axizz LLC (axizz.com) attempts to ship orders as quick as possible and most times orders are packed and shipped the same day, so if a cancellation needs to be done we suggest you do it as soon as possible.

CREDIT PROCESSING

You credit card will be credited for the price of the item(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.Your credit card will be credited when Axizz LLC (axizz.com) has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is shipped back to Axizz LLC (axizz.com)Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Note that the credit on your statement will show as Axizz LLC as the merchant.If you initially paid by check or paypal a company check will be issued and mailed to the billing address submitted with the order.

SHIPPING

Axizz LLC uses UPS and USPS (U.S. Postal Service) for all deliveries and the customer has the option to select the desired service during the checkout process. The options generally available are from Ground to Overnight deliveries and all options available by each carrier will be displayed as options during checkout. If shipping is to an APO/FPO or PO Box, the U.S. Postal Service must be used, if another carrier is chosen Axizz LLC will make the appropriate correction and bill the difference to the customer.Shipping Addresses must be complete and correct when an order is placed. When a customer submits incorrect addresses where a correction is required by the carrier and Axizz LLC is charged for such correction, the customer will be charged for such corrections and billed separately.Axizz LLC shipping rates include shipping to the United States and International Destinations where the listed carriers will deliver.We make every effort to ship orders within 1 or 2 business days (Monday – Friday and excluding holidays). If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
