The Carpal Tunnel Gloves are worn with middle and ring finger in same hole. When sizing, the fit should be snug enough to cause a compression action when opening and shutting the fist but not tight enough to restrict circulation. CARPAL MITTS™ Support Gloves can be worn alone or under work gloves.
